At this time, we do not offer standard returns or refunds on orders. All sales are considered final.
However, in the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our email or social media, with clear evidence (such as photos or videos) so we can review your case. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Please note that we reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, store credit, or partial refund will be issued. We do not guarantee refunds under any circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to address verified issues.
Items that have been used, altered, or not in their original condition may not qualify for any form of compensation. Additionally, we are not responsible for issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before purchase. We are not liable for refunds or replacements due to incorrect selections, sizing issues, or change of mind after an order has been placed.
