We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been confirmed, please allow next business day delivery for local purchases within South Africa, and 5–10 business days for international orders.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to high order volumes, public holidays, customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. Orders may also require additional processing time for verification, quality checks, or during promotional periods.
While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays, though uncommon, can occur and are not eligible for refunds based solely on shipping timeframes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. In the event of a failed delivery attempt, additional fees may apply for re-shipment.
